Grand sissonne fermé

Erőteljes lábszétvágással, gyors, mély plié-be történő zárással, minden nagy pózba és minden arabesque-be végezhetjük. Az ugrás halad. A karokat a póznak megfelelő helyzetbe vezetjük, késleltetve zárjuk.
Ha azonos pózban két vagy több fermé-t csinálunk, a karokat nem zárjuk le mindegyik után, hanem tartjuk a pózban, és csak a 2. 3. vagy 4. után vezetjük alaptartásba. 		Tartalom:
